Brock Sells His Chevy Cavalier to Dennis Buys Cars

We know that you are busy, have a lot going on in your life and last thing you want to do is to try to sell your car on your own. The process is time consuming, contains many risks and is usually not successful right away. There are many pitfalls in trying to sell your car privately and there are many advantages to selling your car to a reputable, established Los Angeles used car dealer with solid Yelp reviews. We also have countless video testimonials from real people just like yourself and loads of useful information on our website for you to check out.

First you have to put an ad on Craigslist and then the idiots seem to come out of the woodwork with ridiculous offers, requests for financing with no money down, endless emails with dumb questions and no contact number. Then when you rearrange your busy schedule to set up an appointment with a total stranger who can barely speak English to sell your car, he doesn’t even show up!

Or, when you repeat the process with five other people, they all want to think about it. Plus, if you do get lucky and sell your car than you have to stress out whether or not the new owner transferred the registration into his name in a timely manner. If he didn’t then you are liable for any parking tickets he got or any tolls that he evaded.

Let’s say your job gets relocated suddenly or you’re in the military like Brock and get re-stationed in a foreign country and simple want to sell your car quickly and easily. That is where we come in. If you want to sell you car in Los Angeles, we will make it easy, quick and safe.

We don’t just deal in cars, we also buy trucks, motorcycles and classic cars. Pretty much if it has wheels, we will buy it!

Also, of course we sell cars too so check out our inventory, there just might be something there you might like.

Dennis Goddard: So Brock, tell us about this car you’re selling today.

Brock: This car was bought from a used car dealership in Italy and I brought it back from Italy and stayed here in Los Angeles for a few months drove it around here and now I’m going back to Italy. Don’t wanna take it with me so I am getting rid of my car.

Dennis Goddard: So You’re in the military?

Brock: Yes sir.

Dennis Goddard: I noticed the ‘Yes sir” part. What is the year make and model, what do we have?

Brock: It’s a 2007 Chevy Cobalt.

Dennis Goddard: What is prompting you to sell this car today?

Brock: Like I said I am going back to Italy and don’t have time to list it on Craiglist and deal with people haggling and sending emails saying “Does this work? Does that work?, Would you accept $100,” and crazy low ball offers. I really don’t have time for that so I am going to go with the quick and easy option that is still going to give me a fair price.

Dennis Goddard: What do you think is the main and most important reason why you chose a dealer to sell your car rather than selling it privately?

Brock: Just my experience from selling things on Craigslist. A lot of times you can get the price you want out of something but you have to wait a long time and deal with haggling. There is a lot of low ball offers. People sending emails with no contact numbers, just a lot of people that are not very serious and in this particular situation with the lack of time I really needed something quick so I can get it done and focus on other priorities.

Dennis Goddard: How did you find Dennis at Dennis Buys Cars?

Brock: A quick Google search: “Sell Car Los Angeles”

Dennis Goddard: That’s what you typed in? “Sell Car Los Angeles”?

Brock: Yes sir.

Dennis Goddard: What was the best part of dealing with Dennis at Dennis Buys Cars today?

Brock: Well clearly, walking away with this check!
