So tell us about the car and why you\u2019re selling the 1968 Cougar today?<\/p>\n<p>Virginia: Oh it&#8217;s my darling, oh it\u2019s my wonderful car, But <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dennisbuyscars.com\/sellmycar-blog\/\">Im so happy to have worked<\/a> with Dennis. I have been driving it for years, years ago I drove it cross country from Minnesota to California and many times, I&#8217;ve taught out here.<\/p>\n<p>Dennis: So we have here a 1968 cougar, OK and judging from the paperwork that you showed me this morning that you bought it brand new, right?<\/p>\n<p>Virginia: Yes, bought it brand new, brand new from Northern Minnesota Cougar.<\/p>\n<p>Dennis: We have the original purchase order paperwork the day you bought it. OK, so that was in Minnesota, right and how long did you live in Minnesota before you moved to California?<\/p>\n<p>Virginia: Two years, <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mercury_Cougar\">This car is great<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dennis: OK so, two years in Minnesota. So then you brought it to California and I see that you have original <a href=\"https:\/\/www.latimes.com\/business\/autos\/la-fi-hy-california-black-license-plates-20150622-story.html\">black plates for California<\/a>, black plates that were you know, that came with the car when you register the car in California, so what\u2019s your best memory of driving this 1968 cougar?<\/p>\n<p>Virginia: It just sailed along, its alot of power, way back we could just zoom along. I came out with a girlfriend to teach, we saw the mountains for the first time, the beach.
