An original in this condition would be well over $100K. The Hertz model was an interesting chapter in the Shelby story in the sense that it was the only time in automotive history that an actual race car could be rented to the public. It was also a testament to the marketing genius of Carroll Shelby.<br \/>\nThis car has a 302 instead of the original 289. Otherwise it\u2019s a pure Shelby look-a-like with pure Shelby parts.
