That used to mean a photographic memory or a trip to the library. Not anymore, just whip out your smart phone. Bam! It’s at your fingertips. Now Let’s say you want goods or services. You need to get your carpets cleaned. You type in carpet cleaning for an example and what happens? You get a list of carpet cleaners WHO DON’T ANSWER THEIR PHONE! You go down the list one by one and you get voice mail after voice mail. How frustrating is that? That is where we are different.
